And here is the bio:
Marcus hadn't gone far along life's road before reaching what he hopes history will record as merely a foot hill in the mountain range of achievement. Age 11 he won the Southhall Rose Bowel! Not exactly a BAFTA I hear you shout, maybe not but this victory, hard earned for performing Shakespeare in an adult competition, gave this young thespian the confidence to land the role of Julian in ITV's prime time adaptation of Enid Blytons Famous 5.
After two years of living out any 13 year olds dreams to the full he found returning to real life education lost a certain sparkle. So age 16, with 6 CSE's in his school bag and an insatiable desire to make money he set off on into the world of entrepreneurial sales with a fair amount of success.
Released once more back into the world of professional performance he writes a cheeky letter to the CEO of QVC and becomes a guest presenter on their shopping channel. Stepping up the acting effort he sets about begging, wheedling and turning on the charm in order to secure a top agent. After a trip to Spotlight's offices and Equity's portals he was once again released to scale the mountainous terrain of acting success.
Some where along life's winding road he writes a book and a screen play, becomes Deputy Mayor and District Councillor for Wallingford, the Oxfordshire Market town he has lived in most of his life.
Now he runs another International business, is a regular presenter on QVC, wannabe writer, professional actor, with film, stage,TV and now internet credits, local celebrity, family man, dog owner, fast car driver, and most importantly of all, proud father
